Shipping & Returns
We ship throughout Ireland, UK and Europe. If you are checking out with PayPal and you receive the following error message:
“This order can’t be shipped to your location. Contact the store for more information.”
Please go back to our checkout page and ensure your address is inserted, and your county has been selected from the drop down menu. This will allow you to complete your purchase with PayPal.
The Wild Child Shop is an e-commerce store based in the Republic of Ireland.
** Please note for countries outside of the EU, import fees (Customs charges & VAT), may have to be paid and are the sole responsibly of the customer. These costs are out of our control and vary depending on the value of your item. To find out more details, we recommend contacting your local customs authority.
Pre-Orders
All orders that contain pre-order items will be shipped as a whole order when the pre-ordered items are ready to be dispatched.
Domestic Shipping
Please allow 2-4 business days to process your order (+ shipping times). Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 1- 3 business days. Orders placed during promotions or during high volume periods may experience delay, so if you need it sooner, please contact us at info@thewildchildshop.com.
International Shipping
We ship throughout Europe and to the United Kingdom. Our goal is to ship your order within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, international orders typically arrive within 14 business days. Orders placed during promotions or during high volume periods may experience delay. If you need your order sooner, please select our tracked shipping option at the checkout.

Returns Policy
Any unused products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the order date on your invoice, as long as the packaging and/or hang-tags are still intact. Please email us at info@thewildchildshop.com prior to returning your item(s).
We recommend trying on all items in your order before washing to ensure they fit. We cannot accept returns or refund after items have been washed.
An item may be returned if it is sent back:
● unworn
● unwashed
● with original tags and packaging intact
● free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. No return form is necessary; all we need with the package is a note including the order number and name associated with the order.
The Wild Child Shop is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking to protect your return.
Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once received by us, and 1-3 business days for refunds to be processed to your original form of payment.
If you would like to return an item that was gifted to you, please email info@thewildchildshop.com with the buyer’s name and order number. The buyer will not be contacted; it will simply help us find the order and act as proof of purchase.
Proof of purchase is required for items to be return-eligible.
